Tony Robbins Motivation

“If you want to be successful, find someone who has achieved the results you want and copy what they do and you’ll achieve the same results”

– Tony Robbins

No doubt! Tony Robbins is one of the most influential figures of today adding affirmation and motivation. With a chaotic and abusive early life at home, he left when he was 17. Doors began to open as he promoted seminars for his infamous mentor, Jim RohnThen, Robbins began his own work as a self-help coach. He taught neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hypnosis after training with NLP co-founder John Grinder. Robbins learned to firewalk in 1983 and began to incorporate it into his seminars.  He then used board breaking, skydiving, and later firewalking in his seminars. Therefore it has helped participants learn to push through their fears. In order to promote his services as a “peak performance coach,” he published books and TV infomercials.

Tony Robbins Achievements

He has written 3 bestsellers: Unlimited Power, Awaken the Gaint Within, and Money: Master the Game (one I am currently reading). His fourth book, Unshakeable (not an affiliate) is set to release soon. So, you can also pre-order it at his website. He has collaborated with co-author Peter Mallouk in a step-by-step journey to money mastery.

A couple of Tony Robbins achievements include: honored by Accenture as one of the “Top 50 Business Intellectuals in the World”; by Harvard Business Press as one of the “Top 200 Business Gurus”; and by American Express as one of the “Top Six Business Leaders in the World” to coach its entrepreneurial clients. Fortune’s cover article named him the “CEO Whisperer,” and named in the top 50 of Worth Magazine’s 100 most powerful people in global finance.

  1. He surely sounds like an amazing guy! We are privileged to have people like them who devote themselves to helping other people. Stress and depression are horrible, I know because I’ve been there and if I went through it again I would definitely turn to him 🙂

    • I’ve been there as well Emma! He definitely will encourage you to rise up as he has done for me. It’s crazy what a little motivation will do for depression.

  2. Great post!! Yes, Mr Robbins has definitely made a name for himself. He is dynamic and the epitome of success in my opinion. There are few like him. I congratulate him on his success and am grateful and appreciative that he shares his knowledge with the world. I really was not aware so much of his back story until now. thank you for sharing. Cheers.

    • Thanks Brent! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I wasn’t aware of his backstory as well. Writing articles about or even for people increase my knowledge all the time. I often become inspired by someone when I read their books such as Gary Vaynerchuk and Patrick Bet-David. Then I want to dive deeper into their life, follow their YouTube, and write about them lol.

  3. Love this guy! When I saw him in “Shallow Hal”(he was great in that), I researched him, and started to read his stuff. Very inspiring for sure. Definitely agree with what he has to say, and recommend his readings. You really can achieve anything with the right mindset.

    Great post Seth!

    • Thanks Chris! I saw Shallow Hal as well. My dad mentioned him but I didn’t know who he was at the time. Then as I got older and looked for motivation I saw him and remembered who he was.
      I’m glad you enjoyed it.
      Thanks for stopping by:)
